This process refers to the process that is operated by myself. The operator should fully understand the requirements proposed in the process documents and operate strictly in accordance with the provisions of the operation instructions, including pre-operation preparations, general process specifications, hints on difficult production points, safety precautions, transfer to the next process, etc. Before conducting mass production of plush toys, the operator should prepare standard samples according to the requirements of the process documents and operation instructions, which are called filling samples. Only products that have undergone filling samples can be subjected to mass production.

The upstream and downstream processes refer to the previous and subsequent processes of the current process. These three processes have close interrelationships and continuity in the production process. If the quality of the previous process does not meet the requirements, it will directly affect the operation of the subsequent process. The operators of the subsequent process can detect and promptly point out the quality problems of the previous process. During the process, for the quality issues that arise, appropriate measures should be taken within the allowable range to correct or rework them, and the quality should be guaranteed to maintain the smoothness of the production line. At the same time, the process and rework procedures should be recorded and analyzed, and measures should be taken to prevent the same problems from recurring.

The operators in the production process should conduct self-inspections on the quality of their own work processes. The self-inspections, mutual inspections and random checks carried out on the quality of the previous processes are aimed at identifying problems promptly, stopping further processing, and urging improvements. This is to prevent major quality issues from occurring in the operation of this process in the future.

In the production process of plush toys, the semi-finished products that are about to be transferred to the next process need to undergo process inspection. According to the quality requirements of the process, the inspected products that are qualified should be labeled with the product name, quantity, and status before being transferred to the next process.
